Support

Your ticket lives in your account

Not an email that can end up in spam, but a ticket with a number, message history and attachments. We reply in the same place, and a notification arrives in the panel and by email.

Can't get into your account? The fallback channel is support@tuqo.dev.

1

Open Support

In the panel: avatar menu → Support. No separate mailbox needed: the ticket is tied to your account, so we see your projects and sites right away.

2

Describe the task

Pick a category, name the project or site, attach screenshots and logs. The ticket gets a number you can refer to.

3

The reply arrives in your account

A notification in the bell and an email, while the conversation itself lives in the ticket: nothing gets lost in a spam folder or scattered across an email thread.

What you get

A ticket number and the full message history
Attachments: up to 5 files of 10 MB each
Notifications in the bell and by email
A ticket linked to a project and site
Open and closed tickets in one place
Available on every plan, Free included

Tuqo support — frequently asked

How do I contact Tuqo support? +

In your account: app.tuqo.dev → avatar menu → Support → New ticket. A ticket is the main channel with the service: it is tied to your account, so we see your projects, sites and payments right away and do not spend time working out who you are.

Why not plain email? +

Emails get lost: they land in spam, come from an address not linked to the account, get scattered across forwards. A ticket in the panel stays whole, with a number and history, and is available to you at any time. support@tuqo.dev still works as a fallback — for example, when signing in is exactly what fails.

How fast does support reply? +

No guaranteed response time is set (section 12 of the Terms of Service); tickets are handled in the order they arrive. Statutory deadlines for specific claims still apply.

What files can I attach? +

Up to 5 files per message, each up to 10 MB: screenshots (PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP), PDF and text logs. The type is detected from the file contents, not the extension; HTML, SVG and XML are not accepted — paste their text into the message instead.

My ticket closed on its own — why? +

If support has replied and you have not written for three days, the ticket closes automatically and you get a notification. The question is not dismissed: just reply in the closed ticket and it reopens with the whole conversation in place.

How long is the conversation kept? +

Three years from the last message, after which the ticket is deleted along with its attachments. If you delete your account, the ticket is archived: the link to the account is removed, the conversation ends and attachments are destroyed right away. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

How do I report someone else's site on Tuqo? +

Use the Content report category in a ticket, or the Report content page if you have no Tuqo account. We review every report and may suspend serving the site.

Is support available on the Free plan? +

Yes. Tickets are available to every registered user, the Free plan included. Up to 5 tickets can be open at once — that guards against floods of duplicates; it is not a plan limit.

Report someone else's site

If a site hosted on Tuqo breaks the rules, choose the Content report category in a ticket. Without a Tuqo account, file a report on a separate page: Report content.

A question about the service?

Write to support from the panel — the ticket will not get lost, and the reply arrives in the same place.
