Plan or add-on?
A plan is a whole set of features, with room to grow. An add-on is a targeted extra for any plan, even Free: one specific thing without everything else. The rule is simple: need one thing, take an add-on; need several, take a plan. Per unit, add-ons are deliberately more expensive.

Form submission packs are a one-time purchase in the panel, not a monthly add-on: they never expire and are spent as needed.
How add-ons work
- • They work on any plan, including Free. On Free, the first add-on opens a monthly billing period.
- • They renew together with your subscription in a single payment. Add-ons have no quarterly or yearly discounts, just a monthly price.
- • Adding one in the middle of a paid period costs a prorated amount up to its end, with no double charges.
- • Switch one off at any time: it runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew. The remainder is not refunded.
- • Per-site add-ons (badge, password, email code) switch off when the site is deleted or transferred.
- • If your new plan includes what an add-on gives, the add-on stops being billed automatically.

Pricing questions
How do I pay? +
With a Russian bank card, in rubles (₽), through a payment provider: monthly, quarterly (−10%) or yearly (−25%). Receipts follow Russian tax law (54-FZ). Foreign cards are not accepted. You can start free and move to a paid plan at any time; the free plan needs no payment.
What are add-ons, and how are they different from plans? +
An add-on is a paid extra for any plan, including Free: a custom domain, badge removal, a site password, extra sites or storage. Add-ons renew together with your subscription (no period discounts) and can be switched off at any time; they run until the end of the paid period. Per unit, an add-on costs more than a plan, so if you need a lot, a plan is the better deal. Add-ons are enabled in the panel under Add-ons.
Are limits per project or per account? +
Per account. Every resource limit (storage, sites, domains, deploys and builds) is summed across all projects you created. A plan is the budget of the whole account.
Is SSL really free? +
Yes, on every plan. Certificates are issued and renewed automatically for the subdomain and for custom domains.
Can I stay on the free plan? +
Yes. The Free plan is for personal and trial projects: it is enough to publish a site, collect form submissions and get SSL. The one condition: sites show a “Powered by Tuqo” badge. Paid plans are for more volume, production, custom domains and sites without the badge.
What is the badge on the free plan? +
A small label in the bottom-right corner of the site's pages, in the site's language: “Powered by Tuqo” on English sites (linking to tuqo.dev), «Работает на Tuqo» on Russian ones. It is how the free plan pays for itself. It collects no visitor data, sets no cookies and loads nothing from third-party servers: it is just a link. The badge is added when the page is served and is a condition of the free plan, so hiding or removing it is not allowed (section 5.2 of the Terms). No paid plan shows it: it disappears from all your sites right after payment, with no redeploy.
Can I put a password on a site? +
Yes. From the Start plan a site can be closed with a password: visitors see your login screen, and the protection covers every file, including pages, images and PDFs. Pro adds the other modes: sign-in with an emailed code for addresses on your list, access for subscribers of your Telegram/MAX channel, visitor self-sign-up, and paid access on your own acquiring with no Tuqo fee. How do forms and the submission limit work? +
Forms work on every plan, including Free: 10 on Free, 100 on Start, 300 on Pro, 600 on Business, 1,400 on Scale, 6,000 on Enterprise submissions per month. The limit resets every month. Submissions over the limit are not lost: they are kept with their content locked and unlock automatically as soon as you upgrade or buy a submission pack (50, 100, 300 or 1,000). Purchased submissions never expire and work on any plan. On the free plan the number of locked submissions is capped: once the cap is reached, intake pauses and we notify you right away, so no requests slip by unnoticed. From the Start plan the sender can get an automatic email reply with your text and a file (a lead magnet). Delivery of submissions to Telegram or MAX works on every plan; it is built in, no bot of your own needed.
What happens if a subscription lapses? +
Nothing irreversible right away. Sites keep working for a day. Then projects are paused, and after 15 days the account moves to the free plan: sites go to the trash for a week and domains are switched off but not deleted. Every step comes with an email. Pay, and everything comes back.
Do AI agents get a different price? +
No. MCP and the REST API are included in every plan, including Free. Limits are the same however you deploy.
