Dynamic features without a server

Forms and submissions without a backend

A contact form on a static site that actually works: submissions collect in the panel and arrive as notifications, by email and in Telegram or MAX, with spam protection built in. No server, no database.

1

Create a site — forms are already on

Forms work on every plan, including Free: 10 submissions/mo, more on paid plans. Need more? Buy a submission pack: it works on any plan, and the submissions never expire.

2

Add the form to your site

Copy the ready-made snippet from the panel: a plain <form> that posts to https://api.tuqo.ru/f/<site_id>. It works on any site in the project, with no backend.

3

Receive submissions

Submissions collect in the panel and show up in the notification bell; optionally also by email and as a Telegram or MAX message. Filter by site, spam folder, archive. The sender can automatically get your reply, with text and a file.

What's inside

Submissions in the panel: filter by site, spam folder, archive
Notification bell plus email delivery
Submissions to Telegram and MAX — built in, no bot of your own
Anti-spam: honeypot, timing, rate limits per IP and site
Bound to your site's domains (origin)
Works on every site in the project at once
Purchased submissions never expire
Submissions stored in Russia — matters for 152-FZ

Building the form yourself? The endpoint, the JSON format and the service fields are in the REST API reference.

Limits by plan

Free 10 submissions/mo
Start 100 submissions/mo
Pro 300 submissions/mo
Business 600 submissions/mo
Scale 1,400 submissions/mo
Enterprise 6,000 submissions/mo

Submissions above the limit are not lost. You can buy submission packs (50/100/300/1000): they never expire and are used once the monthly limit runs out.

Tuqo forms — frequently asked questions

Do I need a backend or a server? +

No. The form posts to Tuqo, submissions are saved and shown in the panel. No server code and no database.

How does spam protection work? +

Out of the box: a honeypot field, a fill-time check, rate limits per site and IP, and binding to your site's domains. Spam goes to a separate folder.

What if I get more submissions than my limit? +

They are not lost. Above the monthly limit a submission is saved, but its content is locked: you only see when it arrived. As soon as you upgrade your plan or buy a submission pack, the locked submissions unlock automatically (the most recent ones, up to the available capacity) and are marked as new. A new month does not unlock them: the monthly limit goes to new submissions. On the Free plan the number of locked submissions is capped; when the cap is reached, intake pauses and we notify you right away.

Where do submissions go? +

To the project panel and the notification bell. You can also set up delivery by email, to a project member or to an external address confirmed with a code, and as a message in Telegram or MAX.

Can I get submissions in Telegram or MAX? +

Yes, on every plan and without a bot of your own. Link the messenger in your profile (Messengers → Link), then add yourself as a recipient under Forms → Submission delivery. A message from the Tuqo bot arrives right after the email, with the first eight fields of the submission. Different sites can have different recipients. Details are on the “Submissions to Telegram and MAX” page.

Can I send an automatic reply to the sender? +

Yes, from the Start plan. Right after the form is sent, the person gets an email with your text: a confirmation, instructions or the promised file (a lead magnet such as a checklist, guide or price list). The file comes as a link in the email, so it only goes to a real address. Details are on the “Auto-reply and lead magnet” page.

Can I collect submissions from several sites? +

Yes. Forms work on every site in the project by default, and the panel filters submissions by site.

Where are submissions stored? +

In the project panel, on servers in Russia. This matters: once a site has a form, you collect personal data, and where it is stored becomes a legal question (in Russia, under the personal data law 152-FZ). With a foreign form service the data goes abroad, and you control neither access to it nor how long it is kept. Here the submissions are yours: they stay in the project panel, can be read through the REST API and MCP (get_form_submissions), and archived ones are deleted automatically after 180 days.

Can a submission get lost if email fails? +

No. A submission is saved before any notification goes out: first the database, then the bell and the email. Mail problems cannot lose it — it is already in the panel. This is exactly how submissions quietly disappear for months in a “form → third-party script → email” setup.

Accept submissions from a static site

No server, no database. A working form in a couple of minutes, payments in rubles.
